Ingredients
- 6 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups amasi
- 250g margarine/Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup flour for dusting
Method
- Rub the flour with margarine until they are incorporated.
- Mix all wet ingredients, eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, and Amasi until well combined.
- Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and add baking powder and combine.
- On the table dust with a lot of flour, put the dough, and spread using a rolling pin.
- Then put oil that covers half a pot, let it hit up then put the potatoes and fry until they are well cooked to your liking.
- Use a cookie cutter or a cup to shape out the scones and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake until it's well done, let it cool off, and serve.
