Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 very ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or dark chocolate (optional)

Method

  1. Mix the wet ingredients first then add in the dry ingredients.
  2. Put in baking trays and bake until it is well done.
  3. Use a toothpick or skewers to press in the middle of the bread. If it comes out dry, then it is well done. If it comes out wet, then leave it in the oven to bake for a few more minutes.
