Slap Chips - The ultimate comfort food

Ingredients
- 6 large Potatoes
- 2 Teaspoon Salt
- ½ pot cold Water
- 750ml Oil
- Vinegar
Method
- Peel potatoes & slice them into chips (fries) sizes. If you have a chip cutter it makes the job easier.
- Wash and put in a pot & add cold water until it covers the chips.
- Add salt and let it boil for 8 minutes.
- Remove from pot and then place in a colander, let it sit until it is cold.
- Then put oil that covers half a pot, let it hit up then put the potatoes and fry until they are well cooked to your liking.
- When done place it on a kitchen towel let it cool off and enjoy your SLAP CHIPS!
